Diana is currently the Director of Development,
Renewables for PSEG Global a subsidiary of
PSEG, a Fortune 200 Energy company located in
Newark, New Jersey, USA. She is responsible for
managing the risks inherent in identifying,
developing and managing renewable energy
projects. She is recognized as a leading risk
management expert in the energy sector.

serving on Boards. She has worked as the CFO of EnviroQuest. She has
also led ERM as Director ERM at Limited Brands (Fortune 500, specialty
retailer with some of the world's finest brands including Victoria's Secret),
based in Columbus, Ohio. She has also led ERM as Director ERM at
Northeast Utilities (Fortune 500) where she delivered a highly effective
integrated ERM framework for both the regulated and unregulated energy
businesses. ERM efforts focused on both operational and strategic
activities which included all capital investments >$10 million; the redesign
of the risk management policies and procedures for the trading
organization; and the valuation of the retail, wholesale and generation
books leading up to the divestiture of Select Energy. She worked for seven
years with ENMAX Corporation as VP of Strategy and Risk Management
and Treasurer and helped it increase net income six fold and upgrade its
credit rating. She also worked for TransAlta Corp in various roles.
Diana speaks at diverse events including S&P, IQPC, the Canadian
Competitive Energy Summit, and the Institute of Internal Auditors. She is
working on a book on strategic planning and risk management.
Diana holds a BSc (Chemical Engineering) from the U. of Calgary, P. Eng.
from Alberta Canada; an MBA from Queen's School of Business; and the
Finance for Senior Executives program from Harvard Business School.
