Otbert has almost 25 years of international banking and advisory
experience across a wide array of banks in several European and Asian
countries. His work has primarily been focused on banking strategy,
portfolio management and risk management. Previously, he was CEO of
the independent risk advisory business of ABN AMRO Bank, assisting
many banks to enhance risk management practises and achieve
benchmark compliance levels such as Basel II. His role covered all
aspects of risk including credit, market and operational risk.
Otbert holds an MBA from Bradford University.
