Criteria for Listing as a Charter Member

Above are minimum criteria although members would probably
have around 12-17 years work experience on the average.
All articles, interviews and conferences refer to non-employer
channels.
Jointly authored articles are acceptable.
Category 3 refers to star performers recognised explicitly through
a Regional Performance Certificate or Letter of Recognition.

Over and above the minimum criteria (which are indicative only), we do a
qualitative review of applicants. Clearing the "peer comparison" test is
important. We look for the USP of an applicant and want to see a proven
track record, international work-experience, and above all, leadership.

The Network will review the detailed CV's and classify those it intends to
accept and reject. The Advisory Board reviews the Biography only
(prepared by the Network - around 200-250 words).

The Advisory Board casts a negative vote. Two or more negative votes will
reverse the Networks decision to accept/ reject an applicant.

The above covers one-time listing. In addition, RWW members are
expected to make an
annual contribution by sharing their knowledge.
