Terms and Conditions of Listing

  1. Risk Knowledge Network, Inc. ("Network") editors reserve the right
    to select appropriate material consistent with the Network's style
    and standards and limitations of space, while preparing the 200-
    250 word Biography based on the detailed CV submitted.
  2. The applicant understands that the negative votes of the Advisory
    Board (to accept or reject the listing and membership
    recommendation made by the Network) will be based on a review
    of the Biography prepared by the Network. The decision of the
    Network is final although if rejected, an applicant is free to reapply
    if there are significant enhancements to his/her CV.
  3. The Network will give all proposed listees an opportunity to review
    the final draft (Biography & Photo; as per website) and provide
    further amendments over a two week period, prior to printing the
    new edition of the International Members Directory. If no
    amendments are received, the Network will be entitled to assume
    that the Biography of the proposed listee is acceptable to him/her.
  4. In the event of errors in publication, the sole responsibility of the
    Network will be to correct such errors in a succeeding edition of
    the International Members Directory. Such correction is in lieu of
    any other remedy.
  5. The Network expressly disclaims all other liability for loss or
    incidental or consequential damage whether arising from
    negligence, contract, or other cause to any party for errors in
    publishing in the annual directory and on our website.
  6. Submission of a detailed CV by the named individual for
    consideration towards listing and membership, constitutes
    permission for us to contact the listee and to publish the
    information in print, electronic database, or other forms, for limited
    use by members (see Privacy clauses) or as specified below.
  7. The Network may also distribute a hard copy of the International
    Members Directory (minus the contact details) for limited use by
    Forbes.com as an input for their annual lists.
