Reclassification of Membership and Listing etc.
1. Risk Knowledge Network, Inc. ("Network") offers a Who's Who service
i.e., membership and listing assumes continuing prominence in the
Risk Management field. We reserve the right to terminate/suspend/
reclassify Charter Members as below:
3. Monies once received are not refundable. The Network reserves the
right to introduce an annual Membership Fee for new members and
to amend the product features/other fees as considered appropriate.
4. Articles/papers contributed as part of knowledge sharing with
other members, can be/will be removed from the Network's records if
required/ where considered necessary.

| TERMINATION CLAUSES |
 | A member who stops contributing actively to the field. | |
| A member who retires (re-classified as Emeritus) or passes away. | |
| Conviction, a payment of fine, or settlement based on a plea | |
| bargain will result in permanent exclusion from RWW. | ||
| A member who is indicted for criminal conduct will be temporarily | |
| suspended and delisted from the online, softcopy and printed RWW directories pending the outcome of legal proceedings. A temporarily suspended member who is found not guilty at trial will be reinstated as a member in good standing. | ||
| A member who does not respect the privacy of other listees. | |
| A member who submits a notice of termination by email. | |
